HSSE Management Skills:

Plans, directs, controls and manages/supervises Health, Safety & Environmental, Security, Operation Assurance. Sets the HSE, Security and Operation Assurance strategy and objectives in line with Corporate expectations and Joint Venture business objectives. Establishing the overall HSE strategies, objectives, policies and reliability assurance.

Manage and Develops the HSE objectives, Policies, Procedures and processes . Implement Health, Safety and Environment, Security and Operational Assurance Management system. Consistently maintained, audited and continuously improved in achieving the targets.

Manage and develops written Emergency Response Plans/Systems addressing Risk Management and emergency preparedness and ensures that all personnel including Site Management and Emergency Teams are trained in order to assure effective implementation

Specific accountability:•Ensuring compliance with existing laws and effective reporting non-compliance to management. Monitor future changes in legislation for its impact on the company.•Coordinate with all locations to ensure accidents, environmental incidents and near misses are reported, investigated and effective action is taken.•Conduct site visits to ensure effective systems organized for the identification, assessment and control of all significant hazards.
•Review and submit all of JSA's, Field Inspections, Near Miss / almost crash, and all elements of HSE related aspects of the report related.
